I was surprised and thrilled to realize that this version of this spontaneous digital design was certainly influenced by the recent references in the news to raging, smoking, forest fires in western Canada as well as coal mining in several places in the world. I hope you will share this artless design with our much-loved, dirty firefighters and miners the world over.

Suggestions of mountains and mining both in the literal sense but also in the sense of plumbing the depths of being and the universe and in recognizing horizons as a relative term are replete throughout the design.

Do you find the design connecting us to the here and now? Wherever we may be? However we may appear?
